Na construção de uma sociedade ecológica e socialmente justa, estarei apresentando a experiência de um Mandato legislativo municipal da cidade de Florianópolis, capital do Estado de Santa Catarina com uma população de 508 mil habitantes, num território de 97,3% insular. Mostraremos a importância da visão sistêmica sobre o território, resíduos, produção de alimentos e um planejamento urbano baseado em soluções da natureza. A palestra com o título de uma cidade boa limpa e justa, apresentará a construção, tramitação, aprovação e implementação de 03 legislações referências nacionais propostas por nosso Mandato. Desta forma mostraremos a importância de tornar zonas livres de agrotóxicos diante do impacto causado por estes produtos químicos nocivos a saúde humana e ao meio ambiente. Ainda conectado com está proposta a visão da lei da Compostagem que valoriza os resíduos sólidos orgânicos e transforma em húmus e composto para uso na agricultura ecológica, jardinagem e recuperação de solo. Com o título de Mandato Agroecologico, nossa primeira legislação foi instituír a política municipal de Agroecologia, que apresenta diretrizes e metas para a promoção da agroecologia na perspectiva do planejamento urbano e segurança alimentar e Nutricional da população. São propostas que se conectam e apresentam a possibilidade de uma cidade boa, limpa e justa.

In building an ecologically and socially just society, I will be presenting the experience of a municipal legislative mandate in the city of Florianópolis, capital of the State of Santa Catarina with a population of 508,000 inhabitants, in a territory of 97.3% insular. We will show the importance of a systemic view of the territory, waste, food production and urban planning based on natural solutions. The lecture with the title of a good clean and fair city, will present the construction, processing, approval and implementation of 03 national reference legislations proposed by our mandate. In this way, we will show the importance of making zones free of pesticides in view of the impact caused by these harmful chemicals on human health and the environment. Also connected with this proposal is the vision of the Composting Law, which values organic solid waste and transforms it into humus and compost for use in ecological agriculture, gardening and soil recovery. With the title of Mandato Agroecologico, our first legislation was to institute the municipal policy of Agroecology, which presents guidelines and goals for the promotion of agroecology from the perspective of urban planning and food and nutrition security for the population. These are proposals that connect and present the possibility of a good, clean and fair city
